How the estimate works
Hours freed = tasks × automation coverage × (current minutes − review minutes) ÷ 60, with a minimum of zero. Multiply hours by the value of staff time, then subtract recurring costs. Simple payback = implementation cost ÷ positive monthly value after recurring costs.
